Reginald Hooper, 74, of St. Petersburg, Fla., a retired employee of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., died Tuesday in Palms of Pasadena Hospital at St. Petersburg Beach. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge at Crawfordsville. He was born in Lizard Point Lighthouse near Plymouth, England, on May 27, 1903. He was married to Anna Ruth Neier on April 6, 1940. She survives. Other survivors are a daughter, Mary Darazsdi of Carmel; a son, John David of Cincinnati; a brother, Sydney of Plymouth; and four grandchildren. A memorial service is planned Friday at the Chapel By The Sea at Madiera Beach, Fla. The body will be buried at sea.--waw
